Terms

Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Santati public website and access to Santati materials, demos, and product surfaces unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Last updated: August 4, 2026. These terms establish the operating rules for the Santati public website, demos, product surfaces, data governance, and AI-supported features.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, requesting a demo, accessing Santati materials, or using a Santati product surface, you agree to these terms. If you use Santati on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. Website information

Website content is provided for information, evaluation, and business discussion. Product descriptions, roadmap statements, demos, screenshots, and examples may change. Binding service commitments, pricing, support levels, data processing terms, and security obligations must be set out in a signed agreement.

3. Accounts, access, and responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, using only authorized access, keeping credentials confidential, and notifying Santati or the customer administrator about suspected misuse. Customers are responsible for assigning user roles, reviewing permissions, and ensuring that workspace access matches business need.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Santati, interfere with service operation, bypass permissions, scrape or extract data without authority, upload malicious content, infringe rights, misrepresent identity, use the service unlawfully, or enter restricted data without approved controls. Santati may restrict or suspend access to protect security, legal compliance, customers, or the service.

5. Customer data and governance

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and governance of data entered into their workspace. This includes CRM records, documents, communications, contact information, notes, activities, organizational memory, and knowledge content. Santati may process customer data only as needed to provide the service, follow instructions, maintain security, comply with law, or enforce agreements.

6. AI-supported features

Santati may include intelligence features such as observations, summaries, source-linked context, workflow guidance, and explainable support. These outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a human before use. Santati outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, employment, insurance, credit, immigration, or professional advice.

7. Regulated and high-risk use

Users must not use Santati for prohibited AI practices, hidden profiling, biometric identification, social scoring, discriminatory targeting, employment decisions, credit decisions, insurance eligibility decisions, health decisions, or other legally significant automated decisions unless a written agreement and risk assessment expressly allow that use. The responsible customer must confirm the lawful basis, transparency notices, human oversight, accuracy controls, logging, appeal process, and applicable AI Act or sector-specific obligations.

8. Privacy and data protection

Use of personal data is governed by the Santati Privacy and Data Governance Notice and any applicable data processing agreement. Customers must provide required notices to individuals, maintain a lawful basis for processing, respond to data subject requests, and configure access controls appropriately.

9. Intellectual property

Santati names, logos, product designs, software, documentation, workflows, visual systems, methods, and website content belong to Santati or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reuse, sell, or publish Santati materials except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement.

10. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or feature requests, Santati may use them to improve the product without owing compensation, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Confidential information should be clearly marked and shared only through approved channels.

11. Third-party services

Santati may integrate with or rely on third-party services for hosting, security, communications, scheduling, storage, analytics, and AI infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Santati is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

12. Availability and changes

Santati may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website or product features. Operational changes may be required for security, compliance, performance, customer protection, or product development.

13. Disclaimers

The website and evaluation materials are provided on an as-available basis. Santati does not warrant that website content will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every use case. Any production service warranties must be stated in a signed agreement.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Santati is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, demo use, reliance on informational content, or unauthorized use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
